- Fleay’s Dining Room: For larger gatherings, our spacious Fleay’s Dining Room can host up to 120 seated guests or 180 standing. Connected seamlessly to the Treetop Terrace, it offers a blend of indoor elegance and outdoor charm, ensuring a memorable experience for your Christmas celebration.
- Garden Lawn: Host your party on our Garden Lawn underneath the festoon lights, ideal for groups of up to 50 seated or 90 standing. Surrounded by nature and enclosed for privacy, it’s the perfect spot for enjoying the Gold Coast’s balmy summer evenings with friends and colleagues.
- Rainforest Room: Intimate gatherings find their perfect setting in our Rainforest Room, accommodating up to 40 seated or 50 standing guests. - Cocktail Packages: Our cocktail packages are the perfect options for more casual events. Guests can enjoy a selection of traditional Christmas dishes, complete with a maple-glazed ham. We offer a variety of canapé packages starting from $36pp for a grazing station and 4 chef selection canapés.
- Dining Packages: If you’re after a more substantial, formal option for your end-of-year event, we offer two-course plated options starting from $92pp with the option to add an extra course for $23pp. Your guests will enjoy a delicious entreé and main or you may opt for a main and dessert instead.
- Buffet Packages: A popular option amongst guests, the buffet package is perfect for a more casual setting where guests can enjoy a fine selection of dishes at their leisure. Our budget packages starting at $105pp include a chef’s selection of 3 canapés on arrival, followed by 2 main options, 2 sides and 2 salads.
- Beverage Menu: No end-of-year party is complete without a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. We offer affordable options to suit your guests including a 2.5-hour package starting from $38pp. You also have the option for a bar tab (minimum spend applies) or guests can simply pay for their own beverages as they go with our cash bar option.
