Christmas party packages and pricing
Every evening festive package rolls four hours of venue hire into the per-person price, for a minimum of 40 guests. Everything is cooked on site by our own team, and all prices below are 2026 pricing.

Casual Christmas
- Maple glazed ham carved on arrival, with mustards, relish and crusty rolls
- Chef’s selection of three hot canapés
- Stand-up and mingle-style, keeps the room moving
Classic BBQ
- Choose three mains, from steak to lamb kofta to veg skewers
- Two seasonal salads

Buffet or Banquet
- Chef’s selection of three canapés on arrival
- Two mains, two sides and a salad, served to share
- Add a dessert canapé buffet for $12 per person
Two Course Plated
- Chef’s selection of three canapés on arrival
- Entrée and main, or main and dessert, served with bread rolls
- Add an extra course for $30 per person

Evening packages include 4 hours of venue hire and require a minimum of 40 guests. Additional hours $250 each. Sunday events incur a 10% surcharge, public holidays 20%. Wine from $13 a glass, beer from $11, cocktails $22, soft drinks $5. No BYO. 2026 pricing.

Christmas party FAQs
How many guests can you hold for a Christmas party?
It depends on the space. The Rainforest Room seats 40, the Garden Lawn seats 50 (90 standing), and the Treetop Terrace seats 60. Combining the Fleays Dining Room with the Terrace takes you up to 130 seated or 200 standing, which is our largest festive configuration.
Is there a minimum spend or guest number?
Evening festive packages require a minimum of 40 guests and include four hours of venue hire in the per-person price. Additional hours are $250 each. Chasing a smaller or daytime event? Ask our team and we will tailor something.
How do we book, and what secures the date?
We require a non-refundable 20% administration fee along with a signed booking form. We are happy to monitor a date for you while you decide, but a date cannot be guaranteed until the payment and signed contract are in.
Can we bring our own food or drinks?
Fleay’s does not offer BYO. Everything is cooked and poured on site by our own team. We do have an extensive catering and beverage list beyond the standard packages, and we are happy to source additional options at an extra charge. Just ask.
Can we do our own decorations and styling?
Yes. You are welcome to bring your own decorations and set them up yourself. Evening events include 30 minutes of set up and pack down time either side of your booking. Speak to your coordinator before the day so we can plan the access.
Is there parking, and is it free?
All parking is complimentary, with roughly 100 spaces on site. Spaces can fill quickly on weekends, especially over summer, so it is worth telling guests to arrive with a little time up their sleeve.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Yes, the venue is fully wheelchair accessible and there is accessible parking on site. Some areas are easier to reach than others, so let our team know what you need and we will recommend the best space for your group.
Are there surcharges for Sundays or public holidays?
Sunday events incur a 10% surcharge and public holiday events incur a 20% surcharge. Everything else is quoted up front, so there are no surprises once you have your proposal.
